Cancellation Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued after March 18, 2011 or after sponsor benefits are received. If you are unable to attend we encourage you to contact us with your replacement name.

The total value of goods and services associated with each sponsorship level are: Blue Ribbon $4, 950; Visionary $3,575; Guardian $2,325; Champion $1,600; Leader $1,050; Prtner $550; Friend $475.
