Individual Tickets (Sponsorships start at $300 and include 2 tickets + promotion)

To register online and pay by credit card, please fill out the form below. Guests must register prior to the luncheon. Luncheon ticket fees must be paid prior to attending the luncheon. Seating policy: It is our goal to seat you with your guest/s. However, if you purchase 5 to 10 individual tickets, this may not be feasible due to half-table and full table sponsor seating priority. Purchasing a half table sponsorship will assure that you and your four (4) guests are seated together. Purchasing a full table for you and your nine (9) to ten (10) guests will assure you are seated together. Thank you for understanding our seating challenges as this event is usually at capacity. Cancellation policy: No refunds or credits will be issued after April 16, 2010. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to contact us. KidsFirst is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity. Tax ID Number 68-0195225. Please consult your tax advisors regarding donations and gifts. The estimated value of each meal is $25. The total value of goods and services associated with each sponsorship level are: Blue Ribbon $4,950; Visionary $3,575; Guardian $2,325; Champion $1600; Leader $1,050; Partner $550; Friend $475.
