Cancellation policy:  No refunds or credits will be issued after April 16, 2010 or after sponsor benefits are received. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to contact us with your replacement's name.

The total value of goods and services associated with each sponsorship level are: Blue Ribbon $4,950; Visionary $3,575; Guardian $2,325; Champion $1,600; Leader $1,050; Partner $550; Friend $475.
